Spring Sioux City Suicide Support Group

Our agency's next Suicide Support Group in Sioux City will begin April 1, 2025. The six-week program provides a safe and compassionate space for those who have lost a loved one to suicide.

This support group is open to adults (18+) who have lost a family member or friend to suicide at least 30 days prior to the first session. People of all faiths and backgrounds are welcome.

“More people than ever have experienced the pain of losing someone to suicide,” says Benita Triplett, LISW, Clinical Director and co-facilitator of the group. “Through this program, we hope to offer support, connection and a path forward for those navigating grief and loss.”

⏰ Time: 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.

📍 Location: Catholic Charities, 1601 Military Road, Sioux City

Participants will meet with the same group members for the entire six-week session to foster trust and connection.
