ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Provide life changing therapy services to children, adults, individuals and families.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with referral sources and other community partners.

Maintain clinical documentation that is meaningful to the client and in accordance with policy, as well as third-party payors & licensure requirements.
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
-
LMSW or provisional mental health clinical license in the state of Iowa required; LISW, LMHC, LMFT preferred.

Experience of 2 years providing mental health services.

Have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
-
Bilingual preferred, not required.

School-Based Mental Health Therapist-Northwest IA

Clinician's home base can be any one of Catholic Charities locations (Carroll, Fort Dodge, Sioux City or Spencer).
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
-
Provide therapy and early intervention services to children and families in the Catholic school system in northwest Iowa 3-4 days per week.
-
During the summer months, provide therapy services through telehealth or in one of our satellite offices.
-
Conduct skill-building educational classes with students.
-
Provide supportive case management services to clients and their families, as needed.
-
Maintain positive relationships with and provide consultation to teachers and school staff.
-
Maintain clinical records in accordance with policy, as well as third-party payors & licensure requirements.

Provide support and guidance to other staff and function as a productive member of the team.
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Development Digital Media Specialist
Full-time/In-person in Sioux City
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS:

Support and promote Catholic Charities vision & mission, both at work and in the community.

Support the Director of Marketing and Development by managing communications channels, assisting with volunteer and donor engagement and contributing to revenue-generating initiatives.

Understand and adhere to Catholic Charities policies and procedures, including those governed by Federal and State guidelines regarding confidentiality.

Participate as a collaborative and cooperative team member, in both department and agency work teams.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Marketing and Communications
-
Manage and grow Catholic Charities’ social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and more) with a focus on creative storytelling and engagement
-
Maintain the organization’s website with accurate and engaging content and improved SEO.
-
Manage the agency’s Google Ad Grant to ensure allocated dollars are spent to increase client inquiries and donations.
-
Create and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters and event promotions.
-
Generate content for print and digital media, including press releases, marketing collateral and more.
-
Track analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Development and Revenue Generation
-
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Development to organize and execute donor cultivation strategies and fundraising campaigns.
-
In partnership with the Director of Marketing and Development develop and launch a volunteer program for Catholic Charities to engage individuals and businesses in the life of the agency to grow personal connections and long-term commitments from ambassadors and supporters of the agency.

Create and execute direct mail appeals and donor stewardship initiatives.
-
Identify and leverage opportunities to increase revenue through innovative digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
-
Research and implement strategies to attract new and retain existing donors.
Administrative Support
-
Maintain donor databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
-
Assist with grant applications, reporting and tracking deadlines.
-
Provide general administrative support to the Director, including scheduling, correspondence and project management.
-
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications non-profit management or related field.
-
Experience preferred (2+ years in a development or marketing position, including managing social media, websites and e-communication).

Familiarity with donor databases is a plus.
-
Strong interpersonal skills.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-
Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging content.
-
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Canva, Adobe Creative and/or other graphic design software).

Bilingual preferred, not required.
