Weekly Women 60+ Support Group

Aimee Clancy, LISW is offering a weekly support group, Senior Women Aging with Grace, in Sioux City for women age 60 and up. Discussions include mental wellness, physical health, financial health, changing relationships and other topics pertinent to members. You may attend each session or as your schedule allows.

“The transition from adulthood to senior status can be a difficult period which often produces anxiety and a sense of loss and grief. Women in our group are caring and respectful of one another as they listen, validate and acknowledge one another, gain mutual support, learn how others have coped, discover practical solutions and find opportunities for change, healing and growth,” says group facilitator, Aimee.

There is no cost to participate. Meetings are held each Wednesday at our Sioux City location, 1601 Military Rd.

The group is open to women of all faiths and backgrounds.
