Serving Together in Fort Dodge

Our entire team from across the Sioux City Diocese came together in Fort Dodge on June 7 for our 3rd annual, “Day of Us!”, dedicated to putting our serving mission in action in a Diocesan community by volunteering at other nonprofit entities. We began the day with a reflection on Matthew 25:40 and then divided into groups to serve at three amazing organizations: The Key on Central, which supports the DSAOC Crisis Based Shelter and its clients, 2nd Chance, which helps provide shelter and provisions for the homeless men in Fort Dodge, and Upper Des Moines Opportunity.
